Do You Offer Engagement Sessions?
YES! We highly encourage an engagement session for a few important reasons. It’s a great opportunity for us to hang out together and for you to get comfortable with us and how we shoot. It’s also a chance to ease any nerves before your big day. We believe in the importance of this experience so much that we include a complimentary engagement session with all our wedding collections!
Your Packages Are a Little Outside Our Budget… Can I Adjust a Package?
We completely understand that planning a wedding can come with a budget, and we’ve been there ourselves. We believe in transparent pricing so you can plan ahead. While our packages are carefully designed, we’re happy to work with you to set up a payment plan to help make your wedding photography more manageable. Payments are due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.
When Should We Book?
As soon as you get engaged! We recommend booking 6-9 months in advance, but we keep our calendar open for up to a year ahead. Since our Bethel assignments take priority, we only book a limited number of weddings each year. Be sure to reach out early to secure your date!
How Will We Receive Our Photos, and How Many Will We Receive?
Your wedding photos will be delivered through an online gallery, where you can easily download your high-resolution images. Every wedding is unique, so the number of images will vary based on coverage hours and the special moments of your day. On average, couples receive about 50 images per hour of coverage. Most galleries are released within 8-12 weeks.
Are You Insured? Do You Have Backup Equipment?
Yes, we are fully insured, and we’re happy to provide your venue with proof of insurance if required. We also always have backup equipment on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day.
